Bury Football Club Proudly Launches the Corporate Cup Series at Gigg Lane

Bury Football Club is proud to present the launch of the Corporate Cup Series at Gigg Lane, kicking off with an exciting Construction Cup Football Tournament that brings together business, competition and networking in one unforgettable afternoon.

Taking place on Friday 24th April from 1.30pm to 4.30pm at the iconic Gigg Lane Stadium, Bury, this brand-new event gives businesses the opportunity to play on the pitch at the home of Bury FC while enjoying a professionally organised corporate experience.

The Construction Cup is the first event in the new Corporate Cup Series, with a different business sector set to feature each month, creating an ongoing calendar of industry-focused tournaments at Gigg Lane. This exciting format gives companies the chance to compete alongside businesses from their own sector while becoming part of a wider corporate community connected through sport and networking.

The tournament itself will be played as a 7-a-side competition, with a maximum squad of 10 players per team. Entry is £500 + VAT per team, and with places limited to just 12 teams, interest is already high and spaces are filling quickly.

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of four matches, with both Cup and Plate competitions ensuring a competitive and enjoyable afternoon for all involved. The event also includes FA qualified referees, a trophy presentation on the pitch, and team and match photography, giving participants the full big-match experience from start to finish.

But the Corporate Cup Series is about more than football. After the final whistle, teams and guests will be invited to enjoy exclusive corporate networking and buffet hospitality in the stadium bar, creating the perfect environment to relax, reward staff, entertain guests and build new business relationships.
