Bury FC are delighted to confirm the signing of Australian defender Gabriel Cole.
The 21-year-old joins the club after a successful pre-season trial.
It will be Gabriel’s first season in the English game, having only played previously in his homeland.
His first senior club was Tigers before moving to West Canberra Panthers in January 2021, his most recent club being Monaro Panthers, where he played from December 2021 until earlier this month.
Upon signing for the club, Gabriel said: “I’m very excited to play football for Bury FC.
“I recently moved from Australia to play football in England, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to play for a club with such a rich history and an amazing fan base.
“There is real momentum at the club; striving to return to the football leagues, and I share that ambition.”
