After snatching a late winner at Gainsborough last weekend, The Shakers return to Gigg Lane under the lights this Tuesday.
Our opponents come in the form of Lancaster City, who sit 18th after collecting four points from their opening five games.
Anthony Johnson’s side will be hoping to climb further up the table, currently sitting in 7th, only three points behind league leaders Cleethorpes Town.
In Opposition – Lancaster City

Founded in 1911, Lancaster Town FC saw glory in the 1930’s winning back to back combination league titles.
They adopted their current name in 1937 after the town was awarded City status in King George VIs coronation celebrations.
In 1995, Lancaster won the Northern Premier League Presidents Cup under the management of former Bury player Alan Tinsley.
The club’s nickname, The Dolly Blues, hails from the dolly blue washing tablets and bags manufactured there in the early 20th century, with the club wearing the same colours.
